Beginners and improvers Pilates classes in Skerries

The Pilates Method is a great way to tone and condition the whole body. With regular practice, it can correct many posture problems, helping you to stand taller, and carry your body more optimally. It can help manage and improve back pain and help you to become confident in your movements. Not to mention getting stronger and more flexible.

Tuesday's class is aimed at beginners, people who have not practiced in a while and improvers. These classes are gentle yet challenging, with an emphasis on mindful awareness of what your body is doing as you move. All my classes end with a  relaxation session to enable your body the time to rest and return to it's normal state. Tuesday's class takes place in the beautiful upstairs room in Skerries Harps GAA club at10am.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your first group class as there are some forms that need to be filled in. 

There are some Pilates mats available for class use, so don't be put off if you don't have a mat, there will also be mats available to purchase for €20.
